Book Week

Date: 24 August - 28th August, 2026

Book Week is an annual event at RPA Hospital School, celebrating books and Australian authors and illustrators. During the week in August, our school promoted a love of reading through explicit literacy lessons, dress-up days and storytelling sessions, centred around the theme: Book an Adventure. The theme encouraged young people to explore new worlds and ideas through reading. The event highlights the importance of reading and encourages children to engage with literature and its creators.
