Students attending Royal Prince Alfred Hospital School have a shared enrolment with their census (home) school for the time of attendance at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital School. Census schools receive a message that their student has been shared with Royal Prince Alfred Hospital School for the dates of their attendance and the census school can adjust their records accordingly. Attendance at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital School is counted as an attendance and marked as "H" in the census school roll.
